- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (vegetable or sesame)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing the chicken, jalapeños, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell peppers, jalapeños, garlic, and ginger; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
