- 1 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)
- 1 cup (150g) bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup (30g) fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in diced bell peppers and chopped spinach.
- Place an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Tightly wrap each tortilla, tucking in the sides.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
