  • 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup (120g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat)
  • 1 cup (150g) bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup (30g) fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in diced bell peppers and chopped spinach.
  4. Place an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Tightly wrap each tortilla, tucking in the sides.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
