  • 16 ounces gnocchi (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add sliced sausage and cook until browned on both sides (5-7 minutes).

  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and reduce heat to low, allowing it to simmer.
  4. In another pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain well.
  5. Carefully add cooked gnocchi to the skillet with sausage and marinara. Toss gently to combine.
