Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into squares (4×4 inches).

  4. Create a border by cutting corners of each square without cutting through; fold back corners toward the center.
  5. Spoon strawberry mixture into the center of each square and brush edges with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; cool slightly before drizzling with confectioners' sugar.
