  • 12 large cannelloni or manicotti tubes
  • 1 pound ground beef (or pork)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F).
  2. In a skillet, sauté chopped onions and minced garlic over medium heat until translucent.
  3. In a bowl, mix together ground meat, sautéed onions and garlic, 3/4 cup BBQ sauce, shredded cheese, paprika, cumin, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta tube with the meat mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  5. Brush remaining BBQ sauce on top of each stuffed shell.
  6. Grill the stuffed shells for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
