  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrots, diced bell peppers, chopped cilantro, and sliced almonds.
  3. Add the cooled ramen noodles to the vegetable mixture and toss gently.
