Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) short pasta (fusilli or penne recommended)
- 2 cups (300 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz (225 g) fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), diced
- 1 cup (30 g) fresh basil leaves, torn
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
