  • 12 oz (340g) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tortellini, broccoli florets, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the tortellini and broccoli mixture evenly across the pan.
