  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • ½ cup mixed olives (black and green)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse all vegetables under cold water. Chop the mixed greens into bite-sized pieces and slice the bell peppers into thin strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, salami slices, pepperoni pieces, mozzarella balls, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture in the bowl and toss gently until all ingredients are coated.
