  • 12 oz. cheese‑filled tortellini
  • 6 slices thick‑cut bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until just crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Combine cooled tortellini, tomatoes, basil, and lemon zest in a bowl.
