- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
- Season both sides of the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
- Place chicken skin-side up in a baking dish and pour the butter mixture over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is golden.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
