A hearty and comforting slow cooker twist on traditional stuffed cabbage. All the savory flavors of beef, cabbage, and tomato in one easy-to-make soup.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium head of green cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through; drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Layer the chopped cabbage over the meat.
- Pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 4 hours.
- Stir in the uncooked rice and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
