- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 bags Earl Grey tea
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Steep Earl Grey tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until creamy. Gradually add sugar, mixing on low speed. Incorporate vanilla extract and cooled tea.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition until just combined.
- Pour filling into crust and bake for about 60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Turn off oven and let sit for another hour before cooling completely on a wire rack.
