- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Wash potatoes and cut into thick wedges.
- Soak wedges in cold water for 15 minutes; pat dry.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Cook wedges in a single layer for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan; bake 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Serve with ranch or your favorite dip.
