Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into thick wedges.
  2. Soak wedges in cold water for 15 minutes; pat dry.
  3. Toss wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
