- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a medium bowl.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle with cheese.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.
- Top with more cheese and the second tortilla.
- Cook for 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
