Description
A slow-cooked version of the classic cheeseburger featuring tender shredded beef and melted cheddar cheese, served on toasted buns.

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Break up any large chunks of beef with two forks.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto toasted buns and add preferred toppings.
