  • 1 lb baby gold potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sear beef tips in a skillet with oil over high heat until browned on all sides.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
  3. Place the seared beef and halved potatoes into the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the meat and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 4-5 hours.
  6. Stir in any remaining pan juices from the searing process.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
