- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, coarsely crushed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
- Brush the top of each salmon fillet generously with the honey-lemon mixture.
- Press the crushed pistachios firmly onto the glazed top of the salmon to form a crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the nuts are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the fish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
