- 4 cedar planks (soaked for 2 hours)
- 2 lbs salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak cedar planks in water for at least 2 hours.
- Whisk maple syrup, Dijon, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Brush the maple glaze generously over the salmon.
- Place salmon on the soaked planks.
- Grill over medium-high heat with the lid closed for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove when internal temperature reaches 135°F and let rest.
