Ingredients

  • 2 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • ¼ diced jalapeño (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with olive oil, lime juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat grill to 375°F and oil grates lightly.
  3. Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until 165°F internal.
  4. Slice avocado into thin rounds while chicken rests.
  5. Top grilled chicken with avocado slices, cilantro, and optional jalapeño.
  6. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
