A comforting, one-pot version of stuffed cabbage rolls. Packed with ground beef, tender cabbage, and a tangy tomato broth.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small head green cabbage, chopped
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until cooked through.
- Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, scraping the bottom of the pot.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Add chopped cabbage and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Stir in uncooked rice and simmer for another 15 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
