  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. Rinse fresh cranberries under cold water and remove any damaged berries.
  2. Place cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the berries pop and the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest and salt.
