- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 6 oz brie cheese, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Press the squares into a mini-muffin tin or fold the corners toward the center to create a cup shape.
- Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg wash.
- Place one slice of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Top the brie with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme and black pepper over the top of each tartlet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Cool on the pan for 5 minutes before serving.
