- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently with your hands or a fork until just combined; do not overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties about 3/4 inch thick, making a small indent in the center of each.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
- Place patties in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, then flip each patty.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
