Description

Succulent ground turkey meatballs bursting with oregano, basil, and tomato glaze. Lightly baked for a crisp exterior and juicy interior, perfect for pasta or pita.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into 1.5-inch balls and arrange on parchment paper.
  4. Spread tomato sauce over each meatball.
  5. Bake 20-22 minutes, turning once, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or in a pita.
