- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, herbs, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1.5-inch balls and arrange on parchment paper.
- Spread tomato sauce over each meatball.
- Bake 20-22 minutes, turning once, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with pasta, rice, or in a pita.
