- 1 package refrigerated croissant dough
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg (for wash)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (for glazing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice until fully combined.
- Unroll the croissant dough and cut into long, narrow triangles.
- Place a tablespoon of filling at the wide end of each triangle, leaving a small border.
- Roll the dough from the wide end toward the point, tucking the sides in to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup while hot and let cool slightly before serving.
