Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is glossy.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then fold gently with a spatula until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains slightly soft.
- Cool completely in the pan for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
