Description
A luxurious one-pot meal combining perfectly seared sirloin steak with creamy, buttery orzo pasta infused with garlic and parmesan.

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 1.5 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper. Sear in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo and toast for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until the sauce is thick and glossy.
- Fold the seared steak and any pan juices back into the orzo. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
