Ingredients

- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 16–20 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or veg)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Optional: Lime wedges and chili oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté minced ginger and garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Add frozen potstickers and simmer for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Turn off heat, stir in baby spinach until wilted.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.
