Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1620 frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or veg)
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional: Lime wedges and chili oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté minced ginger and garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in broth and bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  5. Add frozen potstickers and simmer for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  6. Turn off heat, stir in baby spinach until wilted.
  7. Ladle into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.
