- 24 pitted green olives
- 24 toothpicks
Instructions
- Lay out the salami slices on a clean surface.
- Fold each salami slice into a small cup or roll it loosely to form a base.
- Spoon a small dollop of softened cream cheese into the center of each salami fold.
- Press one green olive into the cream cheese to act as the pupil.
- Push a toothpick through the center of the olive and through the salami to secure the assembly.
- Arrange on a platter and chill for 20 minutes before serving.
