- 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the kielbasa into 1/2 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
- Stir in the minced garlic and black pepper.
- Place kielbasa in the slow cooker and pour the glaze over the top, tossing to coat.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
- Stir halfway through the cooking time to ensure even glazing.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
