Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
  • 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 brioche buns

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  2. Transfer the cooked beef into a slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  3. Place butter slices on top of the beef and sprinkle with ranch seasoning and brown sugar.
  4. Pour in the pepperoncini juice and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in the sliced peppers.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir the mixture thoroughly before serving to combine the melted butter and juices.
  7. Toast brioche buns with butter and scoop the meat mixture onto the buns.
