- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 brioche buns
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
- Transfer the cooked beef into a slow cooker and spread it evenly.
- Place butter slices on top of the beef and sprinkle with ranch seasoning and brown sugar.
- Pour in the pepperoncini juice and Worcestershire sauce, then stir in the sliced peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly before serving to combine the melted butter and juices.
- Toast brioche buns with butter and scoop the meat mixture onto the buns.
