Ingredients

Scale
  • 3–4 lb pork loin roast
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the pork loin roast on all sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for 3-5 minutes per side until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, brown sugar, garlic, and rosemary.
  4. Place the seared pork in the slow cooker and pour the balsamic mixture over the top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
