A festive, themed grazing board combining savory meats, assorted cheeses, seasonal fruits, and spooky treats for a complete party appetizer spread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Goat cheese
  • 6 oz Prosciutto
  • 6 oz Salami
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1 box artisan crackers
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive tapenade
  • 12 Halloween-themed cookies
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts

Instructions

  1. Place small bowls of olive tapenade and nuts on a large wooden board or slate tray.
  2. Arrange the Brie, Cheddar, and Goat cheese around the bowls, slicing the Cheddar into cubes for variety.
  3. Fold the prosciutto and salami into ribbons and place them in clusters near the cheeses.
  4. Fan out the artisan crackers and sliced baguette in the larger remaining gaps on the board.
  5. Tuck bunches of red grapes and blackberries into the crevices between the meat and cheese.
  6. Scatter dried apricots and pomegranate seeds across the platter to add bright orange and red colors.
  7. Place the Halloween-themed cookies around the perimeter of the board as final decorative accents.
