- 4 cups beef broth
- 6–8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened and fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning; bring to a simmer.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender (about 10-12 minutes).
- Remove pot from heat and dollop ricotta cheese on top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the surface and cover for 2 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
