- 4 lb Pork Shoulder (Boston Butt)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over all sides of the pork shoulder.
- Place the seasoned pork into the slow cooker.
- Pour the apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce around the meat.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove meat to a platter and shred using two forks.
- Return shredded meat to the pot and stir in the remaining juices.
