  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients on low speed until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries using a spatula.
  7. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and place on baking sheets 2 inches apart.
