  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, and sriracha to create the baconnaise sauce; set aside.
  2. Divide ground beef into four equal portions and gently roll into balls without overworking.
  3. Preheat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Optionally drizzle oil.
