Instructions
- Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and miso paste.
- Add chicken stock and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook ramen noodles in a separate pot of boiling water.
- Divide cooked noodles into four bowls.
- Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
